“ If you are already here you cannot miss this place. The flavor of its rustic cuisine is simply unbeatable in this rural town. To start you can order a cup of water or milk chocolate and they serve it with a simply delicious yolk bread. Then we tried pork rinds in miltomate sauce with morita chili, ribs in red sauce and eggs in sauce. Its flavor is the typical, very rich village seasoning. You can order everything with cheese, this is fresh ranch cheese that has a special and very rich flavor. The seasoning is what one expects when coming to the province and finding places like these that are hidden treasures. Highly recommended. ”
